Exercise Clothes

Help me, anybody! I need to buy some exercise clothes to wear to the 'club.' Lifetime. I LOVE MY LIFETIME! But I need to wear some REAL exercise clothes. And I don't know where to begin. Nothing really looks quite right. I think that's why I swim. I KNOW what to wear in the water. But I'm clueless on what to wear doing the elliptical, or the weight machines, or the bike. I'm freezing when I go/ but then I get to hot when I'm exercising. Oh the dilemma. Someone help me out!

  1. Ahhh. Yes. It is easy to feel lost in this area. I've been an athlete for 11 years, so I'd love to give input! We don't know each other, but my mother-in-law, Judy Anderson, speaks highly of you!

I recommend capri pants made of a moisture-wicking material (see eddie bauer's webiste or target's), paired with a tank top of similar material, and finished off with a zip up hoody made of either similar material or of sweatshirt material. When you get hot, you can take the hoody off easily.

Trust me when I say that capri pants are made to look good on everyone. I hated them on me at first, but honestly, I just wasn't used to seeing myself in them. They are flattering and modest. Plus, you are working out. Anyone judging you on your appearance needs to focus more on their own workout!
